Construction of a pre-stressed concrete bridge at 40 meter downstream of the existing Saraighat Bridge on New NH 27 (Old NH 31)

• 3 lane bridge - 1493.58 mtr length
• Total project cost- Rs. 475 crore
• Patients from all districts  North of Brahamaputra brought to Guwahati for treatment, with opening of new Bridge, problem of traffic jam eliminated.
