CORRIGENDUM

Subject:-  Publication of Notice for Invitation of Bids for Contractors Pre-   qualification in Newspapers.

          I am directed to refer to this Ministry’s letter of even No. dated 28^th May 2009 on the above mentioned subject. The following changes/amendments have been made in the Text of Notice for Invitation of Bids for contractor’s Pre-qualification:-

For :   “working day between 10.30 AM to 5.00 PM from 10.06.2009”.

Read:  “working day between 10.30 AM to 5.00 PM from 06.07.2009”.    

For:       “The completed Pre-qualification document and questionnaire should be submitted at the above address on or before 3.00 PM on 24/07/2009”.

Read:     “The completed pre-qualification document and questionnaire should be submitted at the above address on or before 3.00 PM on 19.08.2009”.

Other particulars will remain unchanged.
